The Election Vision I'm Manifesting.

Bucking the trend with a hope-based message on Election Eve.

Why not issue Newsletter #1 on the eve of Election night 2020? People aren’t distracted at all, are they?

But then I thought I could share something that might be just a bit helpful.

I count myself amongst the many who still feel traumatized by Election Night 2016 (and the ensuing four years). And yet I’m on record believing that doomsday messages are a form of #voterdepression that don’t increase the chances of victory.

Instead, I offer this alternate vision to manifest. I’m not a manifest-y gal, and I don’t believe that if we imagine it enough, it will happen. But I’ve done the donating and GOtV-ing and online advocating, and personal encouraging, and the marching and all of that. So now I figure it can’t hurt to create a vision and try to manifest the hell out of it. So here it is, for your enjoyment, and possible joining-in:

Part One: We actually are pretty certain of the outcome by 11PM PT Election night as at least two of the key battleground states that have already started counting votes are able to declare for #BidenHarris2020. (my guess is NC and AZ.)

Part Two: By Wednesday a couple more of the rust belt states are clearly in the Biden W list, and the winner overall is a done deal. The headlines being prepared for Thursday latest say: Landslide.

Part Three. Shenanigans are few and far between because it’s a decisive incontrovertible win. Yes, there are domestic threats and intimidation planned by the same dickwads that have been doing stuff like that for decades. They're handled.

Part Four: P45* has been trying to figure out to which country he can flee that doesn’t have an extradition treaty with us and where he’s been hiding money for years. He flees. Even leaving his children behind because honestly, he doesn’t care.

Part Five: I’m not envisioning beyond Part Four, because after this vision manifests the hard work begins, and it’s less fun to envision (although still inspiring, because we have a shot to transform systems in this country if we will just take it). We all continue activating for what we believe in and try to right this ship and set it on a truer better course.
